    If you don't know your birth time, this site says so

    Most sites quietly assume noon and hand you a confident, wrong chart. This one shows everything the time doesn't affect, refuses the houses and the rising sign outright, and tells you the hour your Moon changed sign.

    Six house systems, and why they disagree

    Your chart looks different on another site because they divide the sky differently, not because one of you is wrong. You can see all six here, side by side, with an account of what moved.
